Ritual
Bring intention and ritual to your tea experience, allowing each cup to be a moment of connection, reflection, and nourishment. Whether you are preparing Sacred Womb, Divine, or any other blend, this ritual will guide you into a mindful tea practice that honors both the physical and spiritual properties of the herbs.
1. Set Your Intention:
Begin by grounding yourself. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your mind to quiet. As you prepare the tea, sprinkle your prayers or intentions into the water. Consider what you seek—healing, clarity, connection, or peace.
2. Choose Your Tea Pot & Cup:
Select a tea pot and cup that bring you joy. These vessels will hold the magic of the herbs, so choose ones that evoke beauty or meaning for you.
3. Measure the Herbs with Your Heart:
Place 2-3 teaspoons of herbs into your tea pot for each cup of water, using intuition to guide you. Take a moment to notice the colors and textures of the herbs. How do they make you feel? What do they evoke inside of you?
4. Infuse the Tea with Magic:
Pour nearly boiling water over the herbs, watching them dance and swirl before they settle. Let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes (or longer if desired). Use this time to create sacred space—light a candle or incense, play calming music, or practice mindful breathing.
5. Sip Mindfully:
Once your tea is ready, pour it into your cup and find a space that feels sacred and peaceful. As you sip, breathe deeply and slowly. Notice how your body feels—where are you holding tension? Visualize the plant magic entering your system, supporting relaxation, easing discomfort, and opening your heart.
6. Reflect and Listen:
As you drink, reflect on your intentions. What messages does your heart have for you today? What does your body or womb wish to share? Allow the tea to support your inner wisdom and offer guidance. Hand your worries over to the tea, trusting that nature's ancient wisdom holds answers for you.
7. Honor the Earth:
Once you've finished, return the flowers and herbs to the earth. Use them as compost or mulch for your garden, offering gratitude for the plants’ healing properties and the connection they have provided.
This tea ritual invites you to slow down, listen deeply to yourself, and align with the magic of nature. Whether you use it for daily moments of mindfulness or during special ceremonies, allow each cup to be a transformative experience.
Please note: The color of your tea may vary from cup to cup, depending on the unique combination of flowers that make their way into your pot. Embrace the magic and trust that the wisdom of the plants will provide exactly what you need in each moment.
